	Intranet Applications
	Client: Weidmuller Interface Project: Drawing Register and Document Management System Launched: 2000 Description: Used to store information regarding drawings and documents created by Weidmuller, the Drawing Register and Document allows quick and easy 'on-line' access to this data. Access to the two systems is controlled by a strict, but easy to maintain security system. Other functions include the ability to view and upload related files onto different servers, online administration of these files, an email subscription facility for drawings and documents and a messaging system that emails users, who have subscribed to drawings / documents when they have been changed. Client: Weidmuller Interface Project: Timesheet Recording System Launched: 2001 Description: Replacing a paper based system, the Timesheet Recording System allows users to enter their timesheet data online through this application, specifying work completed, time taken, actions performed, etc. From the data entered, a series of online graphical management reports can be actioned showing costs to date, costings per project, etc.
